A weekend away in Galway meant exploring the cities main attractions with an essential visit to Cooke's Restaurant & Wine Bar starting our weekend adventure off to the right start with a lovely meal! Early Table gave us 25% off our food bill with a very reasonably priced menu. A great Galway restaurant, only the finest traditional Irish food made with local ingredients.
Location
Located on Abbey Gate St Upper which is just off Shop Street meant that it was in walking distance from an array of tourist attractions we visited around the city. The restaurant has a traditional old style Irish interior which made it quite unique from other restaurants around Galway City. They exterior is similar to a beautiful medieval building which blends in nicely to its surroundings. All staff members were welcoming, courteous, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our evening meal. We were seated in the main restaurant beside the window which allowed for an enjoyable view of Market Street. The overall experience was more than what we had expected when booking this table.
Early Table Saving
We saved a total €11.13 on our food bill by booking with Early Table. It was so easy to book and we most definitely would recommend Cooke’s for some great food while exploring Galway. The 25% off meant we could splash out on a nice coffee and pastry for our drive home. Welcoming and accommodation staff with a great menu to cater for many food desires.
