From new management at Bombay Pantry bringing a fresh, authentic Indian menu to three Dublin locations, to Wagamama making a much-anticipated comeback at Liffey Valley, the food scene is buzzing. Dede at the Customs House in Baltimore has been crowned Best Restaurant in Ireland, while Kerala Kitchen and Mad Egg have taken home top honours at Deliveroo’s Restaurant Awards. Plus, Mad Yolks in Rathmines is teaming up with El Milagro for a street food pop-up that promises plenty of flavour and good vibes.

 

Bombay Pantry returns with a new authentic Indian menu

Bombay Pantry is back in action, now under new management and sporting a brand-new menu. They’re serving up authentic Indian food from three locations, including their newest in Rathfarnham. This award-winning spot is ready to bring its signature clean, flavour-packed, additive-free dishes to Early Table again. Keep an eye out; we can’t wait to have them back on the platform.

 

El Miliagro X Mad Yolks bring Mexican street food to Rathmines

Missed out on Cinco de Mayo? From June 5–7, Mad Yolks Rathmines is transforming into a street food fiesta, thanks to a collaboration with El Milagro. Expect market-favourite tacos, live music, and plenty of good vibes in this pop-up event. You won't want to miss this.

 

Wagamama returns to Dublin

After unexpected closures in 2024, Wagamama is making a comeback. The Liffey Valley branch is set to reopen on June 23, 2025, with plans to reopen Dundrum and Blanchardstown locations later this summer 

 

Irelands top spot revealed at 2025 Irish Restaurant Awards 

Ireland’s top culinary talent gathered at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road for the All-Ireland Final of the 2025 Irish Restaurant Awards. Over 1,000 industry professionals turned out to celebrate the best in Irish food and drink. Dede at the Customs House, Baltimore, took home the prestigious Best Restaurant in Ireland award.

 

Kerala Kitchen wins best Indian & Nepalese restaurant

Kerala Kitchen in Dublin was awarded Best Indian & Nepalese at Deliveroo’s Restaurant Awards. The team expressed their gratitude, saying: “We’re over the moon. Massive thanks to everyone who voted, it means the absolute world.”

 

Mad Egg takes home "Best Chicken in Ireland"

Mad Egg has been crowned Best Chicken in Ireland at Deliveroo’s Restaurant Awards. The team called it “a whopper achievement”  a well-deserved recognition for their hard work and dedication to top-quality fried chicken.
